The Orthopedic Acupuncture Symposium is designed to introduce practitioners to the top techniques available today in the field of Acupuncture. Attendees will hear from a variety of practitioner-educators who specialize in treating MSK and pain, and leave with new knowledge and skills they can put into practice right away.
Marketing will also be covered in the symposium, including an expert panel Q&A on Saturday night, where practitioners can ask questions and discuss specializing in treating musculoskeletal and pain conditions.
Like all of the classes at ASE Seminars, this Symposium will be a collective of the top practitioners in their respective fields sharing with you the skills and knowledge that have made them successful.

About Anthony:
Dr. Anthony Lombardi is a 2002 graduate of the New York Chiropractic College and McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program in Hamilton, Ontario, and has been practicing acupuncture for 20 years. Upon graduation, he founded Hamilton Back Clinic and since then has become a private consultant to athletes in the NFL, CFL, and NHL. Over the past 19 years Anthony has given over 120,000 acupuncture treatments. In addition to practicing, Dr. Lombardi was also an instructor in the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster…
…University from 2004 to 2013. He developed the EXSTORE™ system, an organized system of assessment and treatment that produces fast results using motor points, electro-acupuncture, soft tissue work, and other modalities. About Jaime:
Jaime Chaves, L.Ac. has been a licensed acupuncturist in California since 2002. He received his Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University and participated in an internship in Beijing, China. Jaime specializes in the treatment of work related injuries. He is currently the head acupuncturist in a prominent Bay Area worker’s compensation clinic and works alongside medical doctors, physical therapists, and orthopedic surgeons. Jaime is passionate about the art of physical examination and integrates a multidisciplinary approach in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal pathologies…
Jaime has been an instructor in several Bay Area acupuncture schools at both the Master’s and Doctoral level. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for teaching. Jaime has had the honor of introducing acupuncture to medical residents who periodically shadow him for clinical rounds. He has been a guest lecturer for Stanford’s physician assistant program and has been actively teaching physical exam skills to acupuncturists in hospital settings. Jaime continues to find joy in spreading the word about the effectiveness of acupuncture.

About Jamie:
Dr. Jamie Hampton is a doctoral graduate of The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the oldest TCM school in the US. She has worked in leading San Francisco Bay Area hospitals for the last 18 years with an emphasis on true integration and collaboration within fast paced clinical settings including the ICU. While Dr. Hampton was an adjunct professor at the University of California, San Francisco where she had the privilege of teaching grand rounds to medical students. This experience blossomed into a faculty position at the Acupuncture and Integrative Medical College in Berkeley, CA where she taught advanced needling technique, gynecology and advanced formula writing. This solidified her love of teaching and connecting with her students, conveying the power of TCM and all its abilities. Dr. Hampton was also co-founder of Golden Leaf Acupuncture in Berkeley, CA which was University California Berkeley’s leading provider for students as well as faculty and staff, and is currently.in private practice in San Francisco, CA where she specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction and complex orthopedic cases.

The idea of marketing to people in unfamiliar places using sales tactics can feel unsettling when all we want to do is be the “doctor”. After all that is why we went to school and is what we enjoy doing most. What if there was a way we can make marketing at events feel effortless? What if you can still be the “doctor” and book new patients at events? In this course, you will learn a system that shows you how to book events, how to engage and educate participants at events, and how to book yourself solid for two weeks after the event.
