This is the required coursework for the EXSTORE certification. Please note the following checklist must be completed:
- Submit Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Complete the Application
- Complete the written test
- Complete both case studies
- Submit video of you completing the EXSTORE exam, documenting your findings and explain your treatment plan based on those findings
After all coursework is completed, it will be reviewed by Dr. Lombardi and you will be contacted by email with any follow up questions. Allow 7-10 days after your coursework is submitted to find out if you have satisfactorily completed all the coursework. If you have, allow another 7-10 days to receive the PDF copy of your certificate by email.
